On Campus Massages
Thursday, January 8, 2015 in LSF 75 (Aerobics room)

Book yourself a 15 minute massages on campus.  Every second Thursday of the month a certified massage therapist comes to campus to offer their services. A 15 – 30 minute massage can rejuvenate tired stressed works, relieve muscle tension and help reduce the effects of repetitive motion on hands and upper extremities. FREE Body Composition Analysis
Thursday, January 8, 2015  • 9:00am – 11:00am in SWRZ 25 (HR Conference room)

Due to popularity the Body Composition Analysis back again on Thursday, January 8 from 9:00am – 11:00am in Schwarz 25.  It’s Free & Confidential!  Come get your own body composition analysis done and find out your metabolic age, muscle mass, % of body water and more.  This is a great tool to monitor your progress or use as a starting point. See an example of the Body Composition Analysis Report.  The whole process will take 10 minutes for less. Due to popularity, you will need to either register online or call (219) 785-5519.  Appointments are in 10 minute increments.

Empower Me to Be Clutter Free

Workshop Details:  Want to be clutter free for the new year? Then plan on attending Empower Me to Be Clutter Free. Participants will learn to recognize junk and clutter, realize what clutter is doing to them personally and learn practical methods for de-junking.

Workshop Details:  Who Will Get Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?: The Transfer of Non-Titled Personal Property addresses an issue that affects almost everyone. Every family member must divide and distribute family treasures when parents and other family members move, remarry, or die. Personal property includes personal belongings such as family photographs, a baseball glove, an oak table, or a yellow pie plate that hold meaning for the individual and possibly for other family members. What happens to someone’s belongings when he or she dies? Who decides who gets what? How can decisions be made during the individual’s lifetime? Learn how to deal with some of the issues that may arise at this workshop.
