FREE Body Composition Analysis

Due to popularity the Body Composition Analysis is back again on Wednesday, May 20 from 9:00am – 12:00pm in Schwarz 25. It’s Free & Confidential! Come get your own body composition analysis done and find out your metabolic age, muscle mass, % of body water and more. This is a great tool to monitor your progress or use as a starting point. See the attached Body Composition Analysis Report example to see the what you’ll get. Please sign up if you would like to participate by registering online or calling ext. 5519. Appointments will take 10 minutes or less.

- All you need to do is register online or call ext. 5519.
- Do I have to wear or change into anything?
- What you’re wearing is fine, but you will need to step on the scale with your bare feet.

Weight Watcher at Work Series
A new series started on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Schwarz 60. Weigh-Ins are from 11:00am – 11:15am and weekly meetings are from 11:15am -11:45am.
