Weight Watchers at Work Open House Informational Meeting
Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in SWRZ 60

A new series of the Weight Watchers® at Work Program will soon start up at Purdue North Central. There will be an Open House Informational Meeting on Wednesday, April 23 at 11:00am in SWRZ 60 where you can learn more about the program and sign up. The series will begin on Wednesday, April 30th. The weigh-in time will be 11:00 to 11:15am and meeting time will 11:15 – 11:45am. The leader is Kristi.

The Weight Watchers® at Work Program offers PointsPlus™ – weekly meetings, confidential weigh-ins, and support from co-workers and Weight Watchers staff. This program addresses the issues that have always stood between you and losing weight, such as hunger, temptation, or just a bad day. You’ll learn to choose foods that keep you full longer so that you don’t eat for the wrong reasons, which means you can lose weight and keep it off.  If you are a benefit-eligible employee PNC Wellness will pay $100 towards the cost of the series, if you attend a certain number of meetings (see below).

12 Week Series:
• 12 week series, plus 14 weeks of eTools
• $156 per member (PNC Wellness pays $100 and you would pay $56 if you attend 10 meetings).
• Need 15 people to run series.

17 Week Series:
• 17 week, plus 19 weeks of free eTools.
• $186 per member (PNC pays $100 and you would pay $86 if you attend 14 meetings).
• Need 20 people to run series.

To sign up, attend the Open House Informational Meeting on April 23 or call Kendra Gardin, Wellness Coordinator, at 785-5519.
