Maintain Don't Gain: Healthy Holiday ChallengeMAINTAIN DON’T GAIN HOLIDAY CHALLENGE 2014
November 26, 2014 – January 4, 2015

To help you beat the odds this year, we are launching Maintain Don’t Gain: Healthy Holiday Challenge, a five-week program that can help you stay focused on healthy eating, active living, and keeping stress in check to enjoy a happy and healthy holiday season.  Your challenge is to gain no more than two pounds during the holiday season. Throughout the challenge, you’ll receive weekly emails that provide tips and strategies for adopting or maintaining healthy behaviors, healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions, and encouraging messages to keep you going.

The 12 Days of WellnessTHE 12 DAYS OF WELLNESS
December 4, 2014 – December 19, 2014

PNC’s Employee Wellness invites you to participate in this year’s 12 Days of Wellness. This program is a helpful tool to keep things on the right track with your overall well-being during the holidays. The 12 Days of Wellness runs  December (Dec) 4 – 19.  All benefit-eligible employees and their spouses/ssdp who complete the program will receive a winter themed incentive.

The 12 Days of Wellness Activity Calendar - During the program, a new wellness activity will be made available daily and that day’s link will become active.

  • What is Identity theft?
  • How is your information stolen?
  • Typed of fraud scams
  • ID theft prevention
  • What to do if you are a victim
  • How to protect your Social Security number
  • Counterfeit money

PNC’s Employee Wellness, Student Activities and Purdue Federal Credit Union are teaming up to provide the PNC community a series on financial literacy.  Each month there will be a workshop on a new financial topic and be offered two times.  If you have a topic you would like to learn more about please email kgardin@pnc.edu.
