Program Details: You have a manual for your car, your computer and electric devices…even your toaster. But do you keep a manual on YOU? Do you have a place to store all your vital health information? The time has come to Take Charge! By pulling together your personal health information and securing a primary care provider you will be ready to play a more active role in your care.
At the end of the 8-week challenge, you’ll have completed a confidential health manual for yourself that includes: Health Contact Information, Health Numbers, Medication Listing, Family Medical Tree, Health Information, Medical Visits, Medical Documents & Reports, and Primary Care Provider.

FREE Body Composition Analysis

Due to popularity the Body Composition Analysis back again on Thursday, February 26 from 9:00am – 11:00am in Schwarz 25. It’s Free & Confidential! Come get your own body composition analysis done and find out your metabolic age, muscle mass, % of body water and more. This is a great tool to monitor your progress or use as a starting point. See an example of the Body Composition Analysis Report. The whole process will take 10 minutes for less. Due to popularity, you will need to either register online or call (219) 785-5519. Appointments are in 10 minute increments.
