Weight Watchers at Work Open House
Stop by and attend a meeting at PNC to learn more about this lifestyle program to see if it’s for you. The meeting takes place at 11:15am in Schwarz 60 and lasts approximately 30 minutes. There will be snacks and giveaways. A new series will be starting up on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 if 15 people register.

There are two options for this series depending on the number of participants. *If you are a benefit-eligible employee Wellness will contribute $100 towards the cost if you attend a certain number of weigh-ins/meetings.

On Campus Massages

Book yourself a 15 minute massages on campus. Every second Thursday of the month a certified massage therapist comes to campus to offer their services. A 15 – 30 minute massage can rejuvenate tired stressed works, relieve muscle tension and help reduce the effects of repetitive motion on hands and upper extremities. FREE Body Composition Analysis

Due to popularity the Body Composition Analysis back again on Wednesday, April 15 from 9:00am – 11:00am in Schwarz 25. It’s Free & Confidential! Come get your own body composition analysis done and find out your metabolic age, muscle mass, % of body water and more. This is a great tool to monitor your progress or use as a starting point. See an example of the Body Composition Analysis Report. The whole process will take 10 minutes for less. Due to popularity, you will need to either register online or call (219) 785-5519. Appointments are in 10 minute increments.

During this time a brief evaluation will be performed to see what might be causing your issues and be given exercises on how to treat them. You’ll also be able to ask the questions.
