Summer Group Walks
Every Friday • 10:30am • Meeting at Fountain prior to start of walk
This summer join us for some fun walking the trails at PNC with your fellow co-workers. All levels are welcome; just be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Walks will last approximately 30 minutes, but if you can’t stay the whole time that’s ok, too. Hope to see you there!
Weight Watcher at Work Series
A new series started on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Schwarz 60. Weigh-Ins are from 11:00am – 11:15am and weekly meetings are from 11:15am -11:45am. On Campus Massages

Book yourself a 15 minute massages on campus. Every second Thursday of the month a certified massage therapist comes to campus to offer their services. A 15 – 30 minute massage can rejuvenate tired stressed works, relieve muscle tension and help reduce the effects of repetitive motion on hands and upper extremities.
