As the program coordinator, Kila organizes and facilitates the social and culture component of the sSs program. This includes, but is not limited to, all in-gatherings, social/cultural trips, and our annual recognition reception. Kila also develops and facilitates professional workshops. In addition to this responsibility, Kila assists students in their academic pursuits, including pre-advising, study skills, career counseling, which are all important to students’ success and ultimately, graduation.
