Testing Accommodations

Note to Faculty: Students are responsible for scheduling their tests with either you, the Student Success Center, or Jodi James, Disability Services Coordinator.  After students schedule their test, you will receive an email informing you of the date and time of the test.  Please deliver all tests to Jodi James in sWRZ 38 so they will be available before the scheduled testing date and time.  Please include with the test a completed Exam Proctor Form.  A copy of this form will be attached to your notification email or you can download a copy online from the Disability Services website at www.pnc.edu/s3/dss.htm.  Please note:  Students will schedule their tests during the regularly scheduled class time unless there is a class or disability conflict.  You will be notified by the Disability Services Coordinator if this occurs.
