The Disability Services Coordinator provides information and resources to all students with disabilities, faculty and staff on the Purdue University North Central campus, ensuring equal access to all educational opportunities that are offered. We will provide guidance regarding appropriate accommodations. The office acts as a liaison, consultant, and referral service for agents of the university and for students.

Academic accommodations and other services are provided on an individual basis determined by documented need. Documentation of the disability must be on file in our office completed by a physician or qualified health care professional.
