PNC students are welcome in Printing Services at PNC. We are a full service copy shop that offers a variety of services at reasonable prices. The best part is you don’t have to leave campus. Many jobs can be done while you wait or can be picked up later that day.
To request a price quote or have a job printed, either stop in our shop or send it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject area please indicate whether it is a price quote request or a copy job. Please give us a phone number in case we have questions regarding your quote or job.

Faculty & Staff Submitting Copy Requests
We now offer an on-line site to submit your copy requests through.
- Go to our PNC home page. Click on “Quick Links” at the top right of the page.
- Scroll down and click on SERVICES@PNC
- Log In using your career account and password
- Click the “Create New Ticket” icon
- Choose your location from the pull down menu
- Choose Printing Services under “Group”
- Choose what type of job you are submitting under “Category Option”
- Choose the rest of the required options on the page
- Attach the documents you want printed
- Then click “Save Changes”
- Your ticket will be created and sent to Printing Services and you will receive an e-mail notification
- Track the status of your ticket any time by logging back into the SERVICES@PNC.EDU
All requests must be submitted in camera-ready copy format. Please check out a document that lists terminology used in Printing Services.
If you are requesting duplication of copyrighted material, “permission to copy” must be submitted with the job. Learn more about copyright.

Summer/Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 Print Orders
A new deadline has been established for submitting printing orders for syllabi to be sold in the bookstore that are printed by Printing Services.
Submission of the final department manual for printing should be made to Printing Services by April 1 of each year for the following year’s academic term.
Originals will be returned by Printing Services to the department by February 28th of each year as Printing Services will only keep one original on-hand to eliminate incorrect copies.
Printing Services assures that your material will be available to students prior to the corresponding semester if you order is submitted by the deadline.
Copyright: Please make sure that all necessary copyright permissions are secured. Printing Services cannot duplicate copyrighted materials without a copy of the permission for each semester and the invoice if there are costs associated with the permission. Please note: Copyrights are needed for each semester.
Ordering: Ordering and re-ordering will be completed by the bookstore directly to Printing Services based on enrollment, sales and other factors. Department secretaries will not have to remember to place orders or re-orders each semester.
Post deadline orders will not be accepted by printing services. All post-deadline orders must be submitted to the office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for review and approval.
