As the Director for Enrollment Management and Program Support, Carol is responsible for assisting students with the admission process, academic and career advising, registration and financial aid assistance. She collaborates with the other PNC departments to bring additional staffing to PNC–PC to ensure the delivery of prompt, accurate and up-to-date services that are in the best interest of students.

Carol is also responsible for making recommendations for the credit course schedule and room assignments offered at PNC–PC. Lastly Carol is responsible for community outreach to enhance the student experience.
