Affirmative Action

Purdue North Central (PNC) has a continued commitment to the principles of equal employment opportunity.  The affirmative action program at PNC includes mechanisms that enable the University to continually monitor and evaluate its employment practices to ensure that they are free of bias and discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, genetic information, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, or status as a veteran.  The purpose of the Affirmative Action Plans are to increase effectiveness by setting forth current and future action being taken by the University concerning employment opportunities and to provide for implementation and monitoring through a comprehensive affirmative action program.
