You may request assistance in person from a technical assistant on duty during our normal business hours.

If you are in need of after hours support, please submit a trouble ticket online at: SERVICES@PNC
We will get back to you within 24 hours. Otherwise, please leave a voicemail message at 219-785-5511. Please include your username, name, phone number, and a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. Check here for a listing of our business hours.

Password Issues?
If you suspect your problem is an expired password, you may check here for instructions to change your password.

If you do not know your password, you will need to come to the Help Desk, T265 during normal business hours to receive a new temporary password. The password you receive is active for 24 hours, and you will receive instructions on how to proceed to change it. You will need to bring a picture ID in order to receive a password.
