Produce of the Month - Brown Bag Lunch

Each month there will be 2 varieties of produce in season that will be our focus at this brown bag lunch. Participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share that uses one of the highlighted produce. If you are planning on bringing a dish, you will need to email me the recipe that you'll be sharing with the group by Monday of that week. So for May I need to have your recipe by Monday, May 13.

Employee Wellness will be in charge of bringing the plates/cups/bowls/silverware for the group. During this time there will be a short talk about the health benefits of the produce and tips on how to make recipes healthier. Following the lunch, people will receive the complied recipes of that lunch.
