Purdue University North Central (PNC) Wellness Department offers a variety of programs and services to assist employees with better total wellness. PNC faculty and staff of all ages and abilities gain awareness, knowledge, skills, and motivation that promote a healthy lifestyle.

6-Week Yoga Class for PNC Employees
Starts Monday, January 23 in LSF 75 - Every Monday
5:00 pm - 6:15 pm

This class focuses on learning alignment and stability combined with proper breathing. Participants will be holding poses over long periods to build strength and muscle memory. Everyone moves at their own pace in this class. This class is open to PNC employees and their spouses/ssdp.

Cost: $30; Pre-registration is required. Please contact Kendra Gardin at kgardin@pnc.edu

Seated Chair Massages

Seated chair massages are offered on the second Thursday of each month.The cost is $15. To schedule an appointment please contact Kendra Gardin at kgardin@pnc.edu.
