Recommended Audience:
Supervisors who are responsible for conducting staff performance appraisals are encouraged to attend this session.

Objectives:
After attending this session, participants will be able to:

  • Prepare for an effective performance review
  • Implement robust strategies to engage staff in the performance review meeting
  • Become familiar with the Staff Performance Evaluation Form, Supervisor Checklist, and Self-Performance Questionnaire

Staff members who wish to obtain information on the performance evaluation process are encouraged to attend this session.

  • Become familiar with the Staff Performance Evaluation Form, Employee Checklist, and Self-Performance Questionnaire
  • Utilize conversation starters to engage in dialogue with supervisor during the performance review meeting
