New Purdue Academic Year Pay Schedule

In July of 2007, the Human Resources module of the OnePurdue Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system will be implemented. With the OnePurdue ERP will come a new pay schedule for Purdue monthly-paid faculty/staff who are on academic appointments.

Here are some of the features of the new academic year pay schedule:

• Academic Year (AY) faculty and staff will receive a half-month's pay in August, eight full month's pay September through April, and a half-month's pay in May
• AY faculty/staff will be paid the last working day of each month, including any summer pay
• AY faculty and staff may request a salary advance (Fall 2007 only) to help in transition to new pay schedule
• AY faculty/staff will be able to participate in a Summer Savings Plan to set aside a portion of salary for the summer months
