“So You’ve Never Touched A Computer” will be a two-day workshop offered at the Westville campus on Monday, September 30th and Tuesday, October 1st from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. each evening. The registration fee of $139.00 includes reference materials and a textbook, which the students will be able to use to study the material in more detail from home.
This computer workshop for beginners will introduce the basics of using a computer with the Windows 7 operating system and will get individuals started on their path to computer literacy. This hands-on workshop will cover topics such as understanding the equipment, basic computer terminology, working with files and folders, working with email and the internet, downloading images from digital cameras, printing, and much more.
