Parent Federal Income Tax Transcript

The Financial Aid Office at Purdue University North Central will request this documentation only if it is needed to complete your financial aid file.

Instructions:

Submit your parent(s) 2012 Federal Income Tax Transcript if your parent(s) are required to file federal taxes.  Parent(s) may request a federal tax transcript from the IRS on-line at www.irs.gov or by calling 1-800-908-9946.

Note:

IRS requirements concerning who must file a Federal tax return may be found in Part 1 of IRS Publication 17 (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p17.pdf).

Important: Remember to include your PUID and name on all documentation submitted to the Financial Aid Office in Tech-157 at Purdue University North Central.
