• Once at the Blackboard Vista web site, type in your User name and Password.

• To get to this web site, click on the Blackboard Vista link under Academic Resources on the PNC Students, Faculty and Staff web page.

Username and Password

Your User name is the name that appears in your PNC email address before (to the left of) the "@" sign.  For example, my email address is

jkuhn@pnc.edu

and so my username is "jkuhn".

Your password is your PNC email (Novell) password.  It is the password you use to access your email.

• You will NOT be able to get onto your Vista account until the first day of the semester.

• If you are registered at Purdue University North Central (PNC), you are automatically given an email account with PNC.  If you are unaware of, or may have forgotten, this email account, please contact Information Services or email helpdesk@pnc.edu to find out what it is.

• If you are not sure if you are registered at PNC, contact the registrar's office at PNC.

• If it is after the first day of the semester and you are still having trouble logging on to your Vista account, first contact the registrar's office at PNC to make sure that you are both enrolled in the course and registered at PNC, then, second, contact Information Services or email helpdesk@pnc.edu to make sure you have a correct/valid email account.

• If you are a distance learning internet student who is NOT registered at PNC but enrolled in this course, contact Information Services or email helpdesk@pnc.edu so that they can arrange to create a Vista account for you for this course.
