Evaluation
To be given mid-semester and at end of semester.
For the mid-term evaluation you only need a paper version.
For the final evaluation you will need to complete both the paper version and the on-line version.
Complete the paper version first.
The student teacher should receive a copy of the paper version.
Do not print the on-line version, it is several pages long when printed.
Use the paper version so you may give the student teacher a copy of the evaluation. Use at both mid-term and end of semester.
The mid-term evaluation does not need to be submitted the Education Department.
Final Evaluation On-line Version
Use the on-line version for the Education Department statistics. Use at the end of the semester.
