Special Event: Copyright presentation by Donna Ferullo, J.D.

Please join us for a special presentation by Donna Ferullo, J.D., Director of the University Copyright Office, on October 19 in TECH 109A at 11:30am. This session will focus on considerations for faculty, staff, and students regarding the use of copyrighted materials in educational endeavors. Issues of Fair Use, legal constraints on the use of copyrighted works, and unique considerations in the online environment will be discussed.
