Fall 2012
  • Workshops Continue Return to E-Newsletter
  •       With Blackboard Learn 9.1 set to replace WebCT in January 2013, the Office of Learning and Technology has worked with faculty to prepare them for the transition.  Workshops have been held to facilitate this transition, and they have provided faculty with the knowledge and confidence to help students succeed in online learning.  During the summer, there were 36 individual faculty members who attended one or more worklshops. Including the fall attendance, a total of 130 individual faculty members  have now attended at least one training session.

Please note: SPRING 2013 workshop objectives have been slightly revised to deliver new and improved content.  In addition, a brand new "Advanced Tips" workshop will also be delivered in the spring.

All workshops have been delivered for the fall semester, but archived activity guides and PowerPoints can be accessed at: http://www.pnc.edu/distance/Blackboardlearnarchive.html
