Scholarship Endowments

Gifts may be used to establish a scholarship endowment named for the individual being honored. The honoree, family, or donor works with Purdue development staff to identify and support a University program meaningful to the person named.

Endowments provide benefits to both the donor and the University. For donors, they offer a way to influence the character of the institution and to honor or memorialize an individual, friend, or colleague. For Purdue, they increase institutional autonomy and provide the margin of excellence to stay at the cutting edge.

A minimum of $25,000 will establish a scholarship endowment at Purdue through any outright giving method using cash, securities, personal and real property.
