The Department of Social Sciences at Purdue University North Central is one of the largest and most diversified on campus. It features a variety of disciplines all related to human behavior, relationships, society, and culture, including Anthropology, Child Development and Family Studies, History, Interdisciplinary Studies, Latin American and Latino Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work and Women's Studies.
Social Sciences Degree Programs
The Department offers five Bachelor Degree Programs including:
- Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science (BABS)
- Bachelor of Arts in History
- Bachelor of Art in Social Work (BASW)
- Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS)
