Funded by the Higher Education Act of 1965, and supported by the university’s strong commitment of additional resources and services, Student Support Services provides services to 195 students each year. Purdue North Central’s Student Support Services program is one of 963 programs serving 204,534 students across the country with funds distributed through competitive grants.
Mission
Student Support Services is committed to providing learning, discovery and engagement opportunities through quality academic, career and personal support services to low income, first generation college students and students with disabilities.
Services
Student Support Services is specially designed to provide academic and social/cultural support services to program participants. This support is provided through the undergraduate years and is intended to lead to successful completion of the university curriculum leading to a bachelor’s degree.
