Information Services - Microsoft Vista and myPNC Portal Compatibility

If you encounter problems accessing the myPNC Portal from your personal computer/laptop that uses Microsoft Vista, we recommend the following:

Web Browser:  Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools

    • Select Internet Options

    • Select the Advanced Tab

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list 

Make sure the following settings are checked:

    • Use SSL 2.0

    • Use SSL 3.0

    • Use TLS 1.0

Click Apply

Click OK
