If you encounter problems accessing the myPNC Portal from your personal computer/laptop that uses Microsoft Vista, we recommend the following:
Web Browser: Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer and select Tools
Make sure the following settings are checked:

Use SSL 2.0

Use SSL 3.0
- Use TLS 1.0
Click Apply
Click OK
