General Info

Information Services has proposed, and the Academic Computing Advisory Committee (ACAC) has approved, making the following changes to the lab software configurations for the Fall 2009 semester.

Anyone with an interest in the configuration and use of the student labs is invited to comment. Please address your comments and requests to either Glen Piper or your ACAC representative.

Also, please note that each request for a new software title must be accompanied by a proof-of-license for the number of computers on which the requested software is to be installed.

Testing Process Timeline:

10 Apr - Deadline for Change Requests
17 Apr - Testing Begins
01 May - Last Day of Classes
08 May  - Last Day of Exams
11 May - Summer 1 Begins
15 May - Testing Ends
21 Aug - All Labs Updated with New Load
24 Aug - First Day of Fall Semester Classes
