Information Services - Changing Your Password Via the Web

You must know your current password to use this procedure. Passwords cannot be given out or changed over the telephone. If you don't know your username and/or password, bring a picture ID to the main computer lab, Tech 265, and a lab assistant will help you. 

Changing Your Password

• Log on to the Purdue North Central home page at www.pnc.edu
• Click on the Students, Faculty & Staff link
• Click on the Dial-Up Users Click Here link
• Select the Student E-mail link
• A dialog box asking for your User name and Password will pop up
• Click OK after entering your user name and password
  
  After you enter your email
   
• Click Options at the top of your screen
• Type old password (The one you used to access your email)
• Type new password
  (Remember:  Your password must have at least 8 characters but not more than 14, have no symbols, and be something that you have never used before.)
• Retype password
• Click Save
