Spring into Summer Wellness Challenge
Monday, May 7 - Sunday, June 4

Join this new 4-week exercise program where participants log the number of steps they do per day. This program has a conversion chart of your favorite activities and how many steps they would be. So if walking isn't your thing you may still participate. The goal is to reach 60,000 steps a week for the four weeks. If you do more that's great. Upon success completion of the program participants will receive an incentive.
