Submit Assignments

  1. Complete the View Assignments section.
  2. Complete the steps required for the assignment.
  3. If you do not need to attach files to your assignment, skip down to step 8.
  4. Select the Add Attachments button.
  5. If the desired files have already been uploaded into your file manager, select the check mark box next to the desired files. Click the OK button. Skip down to step 7.
  6. If the desired files have not been uploaded into your file manager, select the My Computer icon.Locate your file or multiple files. Then select the file(s) (you can hold the Control key or Shift key to select multiple files) and select the Open button.
  7. If you need to attach another file, repeat steps 4-7. All files that you have successfully attached will display below the Add Attachments button.
  8. To submit, select the Submit button.

View Assignments

  1. Select the Assignments option under the Course Tools.
  2. Select the desired assignment.  New assignments are noted by bolded titles.
  3. If a file is attached, select the filename to open or save the file.

Note

  • To remove a file attachment, select the Remove icon located to the right of the filename.
  • To save and come back to your work at a later time, select the Save as Draft button.
  • To discard changes, select the Cancel button.
  • To view submitted assignments, complete the steps detailed in the View Assignments section; replace step 2 with “If necessary, select the Submitted tab.”
  • To view graded assignments, complete the steps detailed in the View Assignments section; replace step 2 with “If necessary, select the Graded tab.”
  • To view published assignments, complete the steps detailed in the View Assignments section; replace step 2 with “If necessary, select the Published tab.”

 *** Instructors setup and display course content in various ways.  Therefore, if the above steps do not produce the stated results, you will need to contact your instructor for more information on their individual course content layout and structure. ***
