Add Entry
- Verify that you are on the Teach tab.
- Select the Calendar link on the Course Toolbar.
- Select the Add Entry button.
- Enter Title:
- Enter Description: (if desired)
- Enter start/end date and time information.
- Select Entry Type:
- Enter Access Level:
- Open the More Options section and enter the desired more options settings.
- To add links to content in your course site, select the Add Content Link button.
- Select the Save button.
Create Printable
View
- Verify that you are on the Teach tab.
- Select the Calendar link on the Course Toolbar.
- Select the Create Printable View button.
- Enter the desired settings.
- Select the Continue button.
- Select the Print button.
- If applicable, select desired print options.
- Once printing has completed, select the Cancel
button.
Delete All
Entries
- Verify that you are on the Teach tab.
- Select the Calendar link on the Course Toolbar.
- Select the Delete All button.
- Select the OK button to confirm your delete
desire. Once you select OK to confirm, all entries are
deleted!
- Select the OK button to acknowledge that the
process has been completed.
Delete Entry
Range
- Verify that you are on the Teach tab.
- Select the Calendar link on the Course Toolbar.
- Select the Delete a Range button.
- Enter the desired start/end date delete range.
- Select the Delete button.
- Select the OK button to confirm that you are
about to delete public entries. Once you select the
delete button, the entries are automatically deleted.
Edit Calendar
Settings
- Verify that you are on the Teach tab.
- Select the Calendar link on the Course Toolbar.
- Select the Calendar Settings button .
- Enter desired settings.
- Select the Save button.
