A: It's very likely that you have toolbars (i.e. google and yahoo) installed on your browser. Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, uninstall all toolbars, and run another browser check.

A: If your username and password doesn't work:
- Make sure your caps lock key is not turned on.
- Confirm that your password has not expired.
- Try logging
into MyPNC Banner.
- If you can not log into MyPNC Banner, follow the "Try
resetting your password" section.
- If you can log into MyPNC Banner, follow the "Confirm that
your Vista account is created" section.
- Try resetting your password.
- Students may either change their password via email or
visit the Main Computer Lab (T265) for a password reset.
- Faculty/Staff
may visit the Help Desk (T239B) for a password reset.
- Confirm that your Vista account is created.
- Students may
contact their instructor.

A: It is very likely that you have two versions of java installed on your computer. You will need to uninstall one of the java versions. Follow the steps below to uninstall one of the java versions:
- From the desktop go to your Start menu, then
select the Control Panel (in Windows versions earlier
then Windows XP, Control Panel is located in the Settings
folder from the Start menu).
