Andrea Coffeen:  Worked 7 years in an outpatient pediatric clinic and this is the 2nd school year working for the Michigan City Area Schools.  Has attended the Handwriting Without Tears workshop-Pre-K, Printing and Cursive.
 
Chris Kiser:  12 years experience as a COTA, 9 years working with children and this is the 8th year  working for the Michigan City Area Schools.  Has attended all Handwriting Without Tears workshops (Pre-K, Printing and Cursive and The Print Tool).  Currently in the process of becoming Level 1 certified for Handwriting Without Tears.

Handwriting

HWT for preschoolers provides developmentally appropriate methods through structured and informal instruction.  Emphasis on readiness skills through the use of tactile, visual and auditory input lays the foundation for the development of good handwriting skills through a child's academic years.
