Fall 2009 Campus Flu shot Clinics
Due to a delay in the shipment of seasonal flu shot vaccine to our vendor Maxim Health Systems, Flu Shot Clinics originally scheduled for Oct. 27 (7am-10am) & Oct. 28 (1pm-4pm) have been rescheduled to:
Nov. 16 (1pm-4pm) LSF 144
Nov. 18 (7am-10am) LSF 144
(Only the seasonal flu vaccine will be available)

Register for flu shot appointment: To register for a campus flu shot appointment, login to the WorkLife Programs Online Registration System here:

Follow the instructions listed on the Flu Shot Page
- Part time employees and retirees do not need to register for a flu shot, they may just walk in on one of the dates listed above.

Cost:
Free for benefit eligible employees, retirees and their spouses, all others $25 (flu shot).
Pneumonia shots are $40 for everyone.
