Over the last 20 years serving sizes have grown so large, most people don't even realize that they are overeating. We tend to eat what we are served and we usually feel satisfied after we've eaten it. Think small when you eat out, try ordering the small serving instead of the large serving. It might take you a little while to get used to the smaller serving, but you will thank yourself later. Remember that the small servings available today in most restaurants were the normal servings available 15-20 years ago. Bigger is not better!
