Exercise is important for many reasons but exercising smarter not harder will allow you to achieve your results. Ever wonder why after so many hours spent doing a particular exercise routine you still can't manage to show improvement. Have you ever thought about how hard you are working during your routine or whether you are exercising for the right amount of time? In order to make improvements you have to exercise efficiently, this means making sure that the activity you do is burning enough calories and is lasting long enough to push your body to change. Your body will become accustomed to your workout if you never change it so you need to make sure that you are changing up your routine every once in a while. By changing your routine you also will make your exercising more fun and interesting which will help you to avoid boredom.

At the bottom of the page hit the calculate button to see how many calories you burned. You will now see whether you need to change your workout to burn more calories.
