W-2 Forms
Current Purdue employees can now view and print their 2007-2012 W-2 forms via Employee Self-Services (ESS).

After logging into ESS through the OnePurdue Portal with their career account and password, employees can choose to click the “Taxes” tab in the menu at the top of the screen.

They next are asked to enter their birth date to display their years of employment between 2007 and 2011. They can retrieve any of their W-2s by clicking the box to the left of the year. When the W-2 form appears on the screen, the employee has the option to print it.

When finished, click “Exit.” Employees may then choose to go through the process again to view and print another year’s W-2 form.

Quick Reference Card on EES Navigation

For W-2 forms prior to 2007 or if you are no longer a current Purdue employee, you must fill out the Duplicate Tax Request Form and submit it to the Tax Department at Purdue University West Lafayette for processing.
