get  recipient’s sizes and needs. Kristina Ray will assist Annette

with this holiday community project. Annette will fill out the proper

formal proposal to apply for a mini-grant for this project and

                                    contact Diana Maroevich.

Fundraisers:

We still have Oregami photo albums for sale.  Jeanne will be in charge of signing them out for individuals.  Twelve have been signed out for sales today.

Members were asked to bring new unusual ideas for fundraising to our next meeting, for the club in the spring.

New Business:

Psych Club Research:

Dr. Urschel proposes that our club do a research project once a year and that only members can be involved in this project.  For our first research project, a drug survey on campus was suggested by Dr. Urschel.  One meeting a month would be held to work on the research project and the other meeting would be for housekeeping activities.

Spring, 2006 In-Service:

Annette has talked to Dr. Cheryl DeLeon already about the possibility of offering a specific (300) course, to juniors about getting into Grad. School and all of the requirements. It is possible that Dr. DeLeon could give an in-service in the spring.

Greeted the new visitors at today’s meeting.  Annette will bring a registration form for them to fill out.  Jeanne got their e-mails addresses and will put on the club’s e-mail list.

It was stated that the PNC advisors need to have a pamphlet/handout to give to students who are interested in Psychology.

Future of Club:

We all were encouraged to invite new members to the Psychology Club and to mentor the new members,  so that members will be ready to serve in leadership roles next year.
