The Magical Mirror: A Reflective Approach to Promoting Social and emotional Development

The factors that make some children or behaviors very challenging for you while others seem simple may lie within you. YOU, the educator, are the most powerful and influential resource you will ever need. By exploring and utilizing the process of reflection, participants will learn to assess their strengths, weaknesses, preferences, biases and styles in order to use these unique attributes to improve social and emotional competence in young children.
