Kimberly began her career 13 years ago as a child care teacher in family child care. She them moved on to lead teacher position at a child care center. In 2005 she became the Infant Toddler Specialist for the Workforce Development Services, Child Care Resource & Referral, she served in that position until September 2007.   In October of 2007, she was promoted to Education Coordinator. Kimberly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development & Family Services from Purdue University Calumet. She is also a certified trainer through the California Department of Education (WestEd) and the Program for Infant Toddler Caregivers (PITC). Her favorite quote is “A child’s life is like a piece of paper on which every person leaves a mark.” (Chinese Proverb)

Put your boogie shoes on and join us in this workshop. We will discuss how music helps nurture infants & toddlers in a variety of ways. We will also do a make it take it of a homemade instrument.
