Small Business & Entrepreneurial Ventures

Do you have what it takes to open your own business?
In this course, you will learn basic operating functions, directional management, strategic planning, marketing, finance, managerial techniques and much more. You will learn this by creating a well functioning business plan that will serve as a valuable model in developing a business plan for your own startup company!

Pre-Licensing Course for Home Inspectors
Indiana is a state where home inspectors must be licensed professionals. This state-approved home inspection training will help you achieve the knowledge and skills needed to become a professional home inspector and gain the credentials you need to operate a thriving business. You will learn through intensive classroom instruction and by performing live inspections and writing up actual reports.

PNC's Prelicensing Course for Home Inspection is run once a year beginning each January. Feel free to contact the Office of Continuing Education at conted@pnc.edu to be added to the participation list and you will be notified when registration opens.
