Let our visiting artist help you unravel the mystery of digital photography. Learn to understand and make friends with your camera; discover the proper method of holding and operating your digital camera. Understand how to analyze digital photographs to determine root causes and how to overcome them. Explore the fundamentals of composition, depth of field and exposure control. Discover how lighting can change the mood of your subject. These skills will add a whole new dimension to your photos. Be sure to bring your camera along!

Digital Darkroom This course will be held at PNC - Porter County.
Learn the skills that are redefining photography today. PNC's visiting artist will help you create photos that get noticed! Once you have captured your subject learn how to take that image out of your camera's memory and manipulate it. This class uses Photoshop CS2 to do things like remove red-eye, change colors, and much, much more. Take your photo memories from good to GREAT!

Packed with information and techniques, this painting class covers all you need
to know to tackle the art of painting. You will receive extensive instruction
in color theory, developing color schemes, and shading and composition that
can be useful in many ways. Knowledge of drawing skills is helpful but not
required.
