Suzanne is educated and trained both as a marriage and family therapist and a pastoral counselor. She has a Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from The Graduate Theological Foundation. She completed her Masters in Human Services and Counseling from DePaul University. She served the Samaritan Counseling Center as Associate Director for ten years before becoming Executive Director in 1992. She is interested in the interplay of body, mind, and spirit issues as well as the development of education programs that promote wellness in the individual, couple and family. She especially values the need for spiritual guidance and retreat. She is a member of Notre Dame Parish. She is the mother of a son, Joe. She and her husband Joe have made their home in the Michigan City area since 1981 when they were hired to co-direct the new Samaritan Center. Suzanne is licensed in Indiana as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Clinical Social Worker.
