The Samaritan Center is a community-based, interfaith counseling and education service. Our mission is to help individuals and organizations heal and grow by improving their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Licensed therapists carry out our mission by:
National AffiliationOur Samaritan Centers are members of a national network of ecumenical counseling centers that are accredited every four years by The Samaritan Institute of Denver, Colorado. Each Center is locally autonomous and governed by its own Board of Directors. Certain quality standards are required in order to be affiliated with other Centers using the Samaritan name. Our Center is a private, not-for-profit organization. Fee ScheduleThe Samaritan Center is supported by fees paid by those who use our services as well as by contributions from area churches, corporations, foundations and individual donors. There is a standard fee for each fifty minute session. This fee is adjusted when necessary and as our funding allows. Depending on the particular insurance policy, our services may be covered. People are encouraged to inquire with their company and bring forms to their counselor. We can Help with . . .
