DATE: October 17, 2000 Spring 2001 Advance Registration Begins Soon at Purdue North Central WESTVILLE – Advance registration for the Spring 2001 semester at Purdue University North Central begins this month. Students who are already admitted to degree programs may begin registering on Monday, Oct. 23. All other students may register beginning Monday, Oct. 30. The advance registration period will continue through Friday, Dec. 1. Students who register during the advance period have a greater choice of classes and class times, according to PNC Registrar George Royster. Once the advance period ends on Dec. 1, students will have to wait until Wednesday, Jan. 3, to register. Spring semester classes begin Monday, Jan. 8. Current and newly admitted students must meet with their advisors before they can register for next semester’s classes. Those not yet admitted to the university, but who are thinking about enrolling should contact the PNC Admissions Office as soon as possible.
