PNC Student Improv Group Performs

Westville – The Purdue University North Central student improv club, The Ranting Llamas will present shows on Feb. 24 from 3 to 4 p.m. and Feb. 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Library-Student-Faculty Building, Room 144. The public is invited. A $1 entrance fee will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .

The students' improv acting is made up on the spot. Sometimes a situation is given and the actors build off of it. It is usually done in a comedy aspect, which makes improv a fun activity for actors and non actors alike.

The club members include director Justin Knoll, of LaPorte; assistant director Devon Hogan, of Chesterton; secretary/treasurer, Tara Sibo, of LaCrosse; Alex Strohmeyer, of Valparaiso; Drew Holt, of Michigan City; Carly Houlton, of Michigan City; Erik Sturgeon, of Portage; Triliana Sibo, of Porter; Alex Parry, of Valparaiso; Leah Gladkowski , of Chicago; Diane Rich, of LaPorte and Tim Hofstra of Valparaiso.
