Outstanding Faculty Named at Purdue North Central

WESTVILLE - Two full-time faculty members and four part-time instructors at Purdue University North Central have been named as Outstanding Teachers for the 2007 - 2008 academic year. They were recognized at the annual PNC Honors Convocation.

Full-time faculty selected for the outstanding teacher award are: Thomas Holets, continuing lecturer in the College of Business and Dr. Kam Chi Chan, who was recently promoted to associate professor of Education in the College of Liberal Arts.

Outstanding part-time faculty and their teaching areas are: Randall Downs, College of Science;
Colleen Lacey, College of Liberal Arts; Engineering Technology and C&IT - Elizabeth Bowker, College of Engineering & Technology and Richard Sichtermann, College of Business.
