PNC Pre-licensing for Indiana Home Inspectors Course

WESTVILLE – Purdue University North Central Office of Continuing Education will offer a course to prepare students to take the Indiana Home Inspector Examination and become licensed home inspectors in Indiana .

Ken Jones, a licensed Indiana Home Inspector, will teach students about the intricacies of building structures and systems and demonstrate investigative techniques needed to complete inspections of homes and businesses.

“Pre-licensing for Home Inspectors” will meet at the PNC Westville Campus on Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 20 to March 29, from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration is $1,050 and a textbook and course materials are included.
