PNC Non-Credit "Natural Health Solutions" Workshops

Westville – Purdue University North Central Office of Continuing Education will offer a series of workshops that focus on natural health solutions to everyday health issues. These workshops present ways to arrest and reverse health decline and restore proper health function naturally.

“Natural Health Solutions” will be offered on Mondays throughout the summer at PNC-Porter County , 600 Vale Park Road , Valparaiso .

The workshops will be:

Monday, July 14, “A Healthy You” from 6 to 7 p.m. and “Natural Solutions to Allergy Problems” from 7:30-8:30 p.m.;

Monday, July 21, “Natural Solutions to Digestive Woes” from 6 to 7 p.m. and “Balancing Hormones Naturally” from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Monday, July 28, “Understanding Fibromyalgia” from 6 to 7 p.m. and “Natural Solutions to Sleep Problems” from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Registration fee is $28 for individual modules, $75 if you register for 3 modules and $145 if you attend all 6 modules.
