Guidelines for All-Student/All-Campus Email

1) PNC faculty, students and staff may send all-student/all-campus e-mails via the Dean of Students News for announcements of official Purdue University North Central business and activities.

2) Due to the large number of student clubs and organizations, messages regarding these activities and events may be posted to the student web portal at http://my.pnc.edu. E-mail regarding one-time events with broad student interest may be approved to be sent as an all-student/all-campus e-mail.

3) Distribution will be limited to once daily. Exception may be made when a later message is received containing urgent information.

4) Contact information must be included within the context of the e-mail, including first and last name and PNC e-mail address/phone number as a means for feedback.

5) E-mail the message you wish to send, including the e-mail subject line, to DOStudent@pnc.edu or lneulieb@pnc.edu for approval. Do not include graphics or attachments within the e-mail.

6) If a request to submit an e-mail is declined, the submitting party may appeal to the Dean of Students.
