Special Notes

All times are Central Standard Time! Don't forget, you will be provided with one 6 foot table and 2 chairs, no table coverings will be provided. If you have any last minute booth layout issues, please notify us ASAP so that we can accommodate you. We will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

Please be considerate of event attendees that may be inquiring about your organization/business by not leaving your booth unattended or breaking down before the end of the event. Our guests are here to learn about your organization!
