Dr. Roper teaches courses in business negotiation, change management, conflict management, labor/management relations, and leadership. Her main research interests are facilitative mediation and online leadership instruction. She serves as a mediator for the Indiana education Employment Relations Board. Before joining PNC, she held directing and managing positions in the public and private sectors for thirty years.
