When a student wishes to transfer from PNC to another Purdue Campus

Each Purdue Campus has different requirements for transfer students from within the Purdue System.  Please be sure to check the provided links for updates and revisions to their specific admissions processes.

West Lafayette- Online application completed by student; Transcripts & Signed Authorization Form (Signed by Advisor and Registrar) sent from PNC Registrar's Office; CODO required.

Purdue Calumet- Online or Paper application completed by student (Inter-campus admit type) - No Authorization Form or CODO required.  Transcripts and application (if paper) sent by PNC Registrar’s Office.

IUPUI- Online application ($7 fee) or paper application completed by student.  No Authorization Form or CODO required.  Transcripts and application (if paper) sent by PNC Registrar’s Office.

IPFW– Online or paper application completed by student.  No Authorization Form or CODO required.  Transcripts and application (if paper) sent by PNC Registrar’s Office.
