What is PIVOT? With PIVOT, you can begin your college experience at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana - Northwest and complete it at Purdue University North Central! PIVOT is an education enhancement program that gives students at Ivy Tech the opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree at PNC. You have the freedom to attend the school that's right for you, when it's right for you. PIVOT makes it as simple as possible to transfer credits, student records and financial aid, and to transition from an associate degree program at Ivy Tech to a corresponding bachelor's degree program at PNC. PIVOT helps you avoid the typical roadblocks experienced by transfer students, and saves you time and money.

• PIVOT is a free program. Students pay only the standard tuition and fees at the school they are attending
• PIVOT is available to students at all Ivy Tech campuses, and only at the North Central campus of Purdue University
• Either part-time or full-time students can enroll in PIVOT

PIVOT gives you the flexibility to join at any point in your academic career, up to the completion of your associate degree.

Here is how you can use the PIVOT program:

• Take classes at Ivy Tech (as many or as few as you want), then transfer to PNC
• Earn a two-year degree at Ivy Tech, then transfer to PNC to complete a bachelor's degree
• Take some classes at PNC, transfer to Ivy Tech, then transfer back to complete a degree
• Take classes at Ivy Tech and PNC at the same time to complete a degree more quickly

If you are a high-school student:
When you apply for admission at either PNC or Ivy Tech, simply let the admissions office know that you are interested in PIVOT.
